i would call them and go off on them and have them give you ur money back!!!:)

I would just keep calling until they resolve or if your credit card has a good policy on disputes, (like AMEX) you can always go to them and ask to reverse the charge and they will do it for you.
Never use them again. They are a terrible service with poor to no customer service. Next time use a real travel agent. Contact your credit card company and file a dispute and have the charges reversed.
I don't want to throw salt in your wound but they are terrible service i find out just how bad it is when i get my clients from them because they were terribly displeased with service and were stranded after events such as hurricane and missed flights.
It is a great service for self help and the do it your self traveler but ultimately the support is not there. I would become a thorn in their side but disputing charges will definitely be the easiest route to go.
