What's a good hotel in the union square area of san francisco that is on the cheaper side?

so me and my friends are planning on going to san francisco for pride 09 and we've been looking at hotels. any suggestions? we'd probably be packing in more people in the room than the hotel needs to know...so we'd need some room for air beds possibly. and that would be great if it had a couch bed or something as well.

the handerly hotel is very reasonable, not expensive really at all. Its right on union square and it is a decent hotel. The rooms are small, but I doubt you will spend a lot of time in there anyways!!
