What recourse does a guest have if the hotel denies theft by employees?

I'm asking this from the opposite side of what you may guess. I work as a clerk at a hotel and a guest told me certain items were missing from his room. Thing is, I know he's lying. It's too complicated to detail here, but there is no proof on either side.


unless he has physical evidence he is fuckd, no proof no case.
