By safe I mean if they are safe to use in cooking food. And also, if you have experience them in drinking?
No problem at all for cooking. Bottled water is so cheap that I would not take the risk of drinking it.
It's said it's safe to drink, but...............I would not, no matter how clean the hotel is.

well it can be tricky , i remember to have checked in one of the 3 star hotel , but some rat died in the overhead storage tank and they where supplying that same water for like 3 days, before they came to know abt it, and they had to clean all the tank, and the hotel was w/o water for like 1 whole day, funny but true.....
and that was the first time i was in dxb, and was thinking why the tap water smells foul......prolly coz thy use the sea water ( well thats what i thought)
