Does anyone know of a high quality hotel near the downtown bars in Minneapolis, MN?

I'm planning my sister's Bachelorette party in downtown Minneapolis and I am looking for a hotel that is high quality but not incredibly expensive but most importantly close to the bars where we could walk there from the hotel.
