How can i succesfully run a hotel?

I have just been asked to oversee the running of our family hotel. I know alot about hotel biz but need to know what to do upon my assuming the position. Its a 140 rooms hotel with an entertainment area that includes a bar, conference halls and a upcoming swim pool. There is a space for a restaurant also. I just need to know how to carry this employees along, trainning etc. Thanks
