How do I report a hotel with health violations?

My family has been in a certain hotel and things are terrible. The toilets are backed up, and so are the sinks and tubs. There are no deadbolts on the doors, and while helping my elderly mother take a shower, the wall actually caved in on her! Please, how can I report these people for endangering my family's health? The only reason I took the rooms was because they take animals, but this is too much!

Where is this? If it's not in the US, I don't know how to help.

Edit: First question hotel management on poor quality EVERYTHING. Demand that they put you in a better room and threaten to call the health department because this is substandard living. Call the health department even if they give you a better room. You could probably find a phone number for the health department from the hotel or a search on the internet.
