I just tried to get a hotel in Austin and everything is booked. What gives?

I was planning on going up to Austin this coming weekend but every single hotel and/or motel room is booked. As a matter of fact they're booked for over 50 miles around! What's going on this weekend at the State Capitol?

There are several events/festivals going on this weekend, so it's busy -- and I could only find one place within 20 miles of the city center with availability...the Hyatt Lost Pines (and rooms start at $350.00 per night!).

It's Texas Relays weekend, a big track/field event and party weekend. It is centered around UT campus area, so try areas outside of that.
