What is the best hotel to stay in near the Riverwalk in San Antonio?

We were thinking about the Emily Morgan. Is that a nice hotel?

Emily Morgan is beautiful but a little pricey. Another nice one at a lower price is called El Tropicana. It is at the end of the River walk so it is a little more relaxed and quiet. I really don't think there are any "bad" hotels there. Have fun!
