How much should I tip hotel staff for making museum reservations for me in Florence, Italy?

The staff at the hotel I will be staying in while in Florence, Italy has been very helpful with making reservations for two museums as well as providing information to me for my upcoming visit. Should I tip them and how much? (By Florentine protocol.)

Everywhere in Italy, hotel and restaurand staff members usually do not expect any tip from italians because here there's not such habit; contrary to what happens elsewhere in the world, in Italy the salary of all the employees is "full", not "basic" and indeed rather low in expectation of tips to increase it.

Anyway, if you are grateful to the staff for their kindness and feel like tipping them, I think that a tip of 10 - 20 euro (depending on how much they helped you) will be adequate and welcome.

Nothing. It's their job.
