What is a decent hotel in Cebu City, Philippines close good nightlife for a couple?

Looking for a decent hotel in Cebu City (not interested in 4 + stars) close enough to nightlife (no titibars) for a young couple to mingle with the locals? Trip would be in January. Thank you

waterfront lahug, marriott, parklane hotel, northwinds hotel, metro park hotel are all across or near the nightlife centers of cebu (ayala, the village, crossroads)

zzz... they said it already... but u better book a reservation now coz cebu city celebrates sinulog every january. hmmm... beer... zzz...

hilton towers spa and resort , you can see the whole place of mactan island

Personally, I wouldn't go to Cebu City with another woman.

I always prefer to stay there since it is practically at the "center" of activity in Cebu City. It also houses the Casino Filipino.
