What to do when you find an intoxicated guest at your hotel?

I am creating a Standard Operating procedure for my company and it is about finding drunk guests at your hotel. weither they are in their room passed out, in a hallway, asking the front desk for a key to their room and have no ID, Ect..... Thanks and i hope i get some great answers!

If they are your guest, you help them to their room.

If they are passed out, you call the paramedics.

If they are disruptive, you call the cops.

if they are in their room, leave them alone..in a hallway- wake them up..if all else fails, stab them and dump the body at a competing hotel.

Gently guide them to their room, open the door, guide them in, and close the door and leave...that would be an employee direction.
